Regulation of food flavorings

Over recent years, the Russian regulatory framework for flavorings has been essentially harmonized with its European counterpart, though certain differences do exist. The EC has currently elaborated a draft regulation on flavorings which, when enacted, will replace the effective European directive on flavorings, introducing a series of critical amendments.
