Specialists of Chemical & Food Aromatic Plant took part in the International Symposium “Brewing and Soft Drinks Industry in 2009: Problems and Solutions,” held in Moscow on December 26-28.

Report topic: Thermolabile and thermally-resistant flavorings. Possible occurrence of synergetic effect during the formulation of bouquet-shaping flavors.
