X international conference of XXI century confectionery products
On February 16-18, 2015, Plant specialists took part in the X International Conference XXI Century Confectionery Products, International Confectionery Quality Festival – Innovations and Traditions, as well as in the Equipment and Ingredient Manufacturing Company Exhibition, hosted by the International Academy of Industry in Moscow.
Y.N. Moiseyeva, Head of the Department for Flavoring Application in the Confectionery, Bakery, Oil-and-Fat and Food Concentrate Industry, Cand. Tech. Sc., presented her report at the conference.
The flavorings “caramelized milk 1130” and “chocolate fondue 1131,” as developed by the Plant, were recognized with the Silver Medal of the International Confectionery Quality Festival – Innovations and Traditions.
